Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Anne-Marie Stevens M.C.M.A
Cognitive behavioral therapy can help you recognise negative or unhelpful thoughts and behavioural patterns. It aims to help you identify and explore the ways your emotions and thoughts can affect your actions.
Once you understand these patterns you can then begin to learn how to change your behaviours and develop new coping strategies.
CBT can help with a range of mental health conditions and I specialise in helping with anxiety, stress, depression and emotional stress due to tinnitus.
I will provide a safe and confidential space for us to explore what is troubling you and help you work towards resolving your emotional difficulties.
I will support you with an individual treatment plan to help you improve your mental health.
